Interior Apartment Double bed
Interior flat 20 meters from the promenade of Las Canteras Beach with direct access to the Avenue from the entrance of the building with a Nordic style decoration inviting comfort, a living area with flat screen TV, sofa bed and dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Double bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, toilet paper and amenities.
The collection of keys and check-in will take place at the reception of the Hotel Doña Luisa, just 200 metres away, where the buffet breakfast service will also be provided if you have it included in your booking or wish to hire it at a later date.
A deposit of 100 euros will be required as a security deposit, which will be returned to you on the day of departure, if the flat is in the same condition as it was handed over to you. For this purpose, 2 days before your arrival you will be sent an SMS via a secure payment gateway which will lead you to enter your card and confirm the payment using the double verification system. In this way, we will not see or store your card. If everything is correct, the refund will be made within 24 hours of your departure and will be paid into your account within the period established by your bank, which can be the same day or up to 3 working days later.
